A Mothers Love

Poetry

The mother’s love which is unspoken
for it is set deep within the roots of life
it is something that merits wonders
that through bad or good it remains uproot
and when her child smiles back it blossoms
truly there lies deep valleys of peace and beauty
and as the nights stroll on by
never does her love decrease
while men seek to overrule each other
destroying life’s and gaining their power
she remains consistent in her devotion
for this is her everlasting flower
and when its scent is around her, glorified is her role
as she continues to protect her soul
so what be when the petals begin to fall
how then shall she witness
when the smiles are no more to be seen
how then shall she handle
when the pollen ceases to surround her and the bee’s begin to frown
her love now knows no boundaries and to all its fully shown
for this is her flower who to her is only known
if her love cannot be described then what be of her despair
when the petals are no more there
how then is the sight
when her light can do no more
cease her love she does not
for as said, it is that which is unspoken nor written
and it will continue forever more
where in the shadows of Man
all is at awe
