Granting User Access to another mailbox in exchange 2010

Can be done from the console or from shell command, article below explains how this can be done.

There are cases where a user would require access to another mailboxes practical examples include a user who is also the admin user for a sales email account and is required to send and receive sales emails.

Anyhow for future reference this is how its done in 2010 whereas in 2003 it was done through active directory.

Once the above is done you then need to configure the outlook client by going into the account settings and adding the mailbox that the user has been given access to this is explained nicely in the link below.
